Are you aware that these 5 Beliefs might be stopping you to create content that will make you “WELL-KNOWN” in your industry?
(…that will help you sell your course before you ask for money!)
In fact, overcoming these beliefs helped me grow my business in just a few weeks.
Want to know what tase beliefs are?
Welcome again, this is Episode 8 on the Guri Show.

#3 is my fav.
🧠 Consistency is all you need.
🧠 You need to become a Copywriter.
🧠 You need to learn “How to Sell” before getting your messaging right.
🧠 You’ve got to be a native speaker.
🧠 You need to become a Marketing Expert.
🤯: The real issue isn’t “consistency”, it is whether your content conveys your message or not. Consistency comes second.
Someone taught us consistency is everything.
And as humans our brain is subconsciously wired to believe that in cause and effect theory which in this case means that if you put in hard work and you are consistent, you’ll get the result.
But AE said, “We can not solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them.”
Which then means that If we keep on creating content that doesn’t speak to our audience, or conveys our message, it doesn’t make sense. Or doesn’t inspire people to take action, or doesn’t hit them so hard that they stand for themselves.
It’s like you keep running in circles.
So you should focus on creating a messaging that resonates with your audience.
🤯: You don’t! Imagine you are a copywriter. Would you do the same thing that you are doing now? For eg; teaching Growth Mindset? Probably not. (I’d be teaching copywriting).
Also, if the belief is absolute truth then every single person on social media should be a copywriter.
- I believe that anyone can write. You got to know the art of writing persuasive and impactful content.
- I feel when you hire a copywriter, your content no longer has your voice. For me it’s something really really important that I can put my heart and soul in my content because that’s what y purpose is, touching people’s heart.
🤯: So many people make this mistake. The truth is that if your content is on the point you’ll sell without putting much effort.
You need to learn “How to Sell” before getting your messaging right.
– Know, like, trust
- content resonates – people like you, trust you, they’ll buy.
- Selling becomes way easier, when your content does the magic.
🤯: According to me, this is absolutely ra.ci.st, or whatever you want to call it. And if you’re not stepping forward because of this then that means you are giving people advantage on the basis of color. Would you teach the same thing to your audience?
- not a native
- For a long time I felt I couldn’t step out and share what I have
- I felt on one will take me seriously
- Even though I’m well educated, I felt that I’m not good enough for international space.
- Grammar wasn’t that great.
🤯: This one is similar to #2 except marketing is a very broad concept and doesn’t only apply to content creation.
Now that you are aware that creating impactful content can be everyone’s cup of tea, the question is are you prepared to create authentic content that is a vehicle to your messaging?

I’m also doing a Podcast episode on the same topic. Will keep you posted.
P.S: I do not discredit the power of learning more and more skills especially if you’re in the digital space. I only want to help you move forward by discrediting some of your beliefs.
P.S.S: I know that overcoming all these limiting beliefs is difficult. I do not take it for granted.
